The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a separate toilet and shower which was a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, even carrying our bags and fixing a broken backpack. The location was great, tucked away from the main road but still within easy reach of everything. the availability of tea and coffee, as well as a fridge and microwave, provided convenience during our stay.
The area was very quiet at night and a bit far from the lively nightlife. the room could have benefited from a bedside lamp for added convenience.

We had a great stay in Chiang Mai and found a lovely place with cheap rates. The owners and their family were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They provided free water and hot drinks, which was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the town. Plus, they let us store our bags when we arrived early and on the day we left.
There were a few downsides. The toilets had cold showers and were infested with mosquitoes.

Our stay at Sakura House was great value for our money. The room was clean, tidy, and even had a couch. The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near a park. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even though they didn't speak much English. Highly recommend upgrading to the room with two twin beds, as it is much bigger.
Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe including more options or a wider variety.

I recently stayed at Sakura House for a week-long vacation. The location by the park was perfect for my daily bike rides, and they even had a safe place to store my bicycle. The on-site laundry was a bonus, although the coin-op was broken, the staff kindly allowed me to use it. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean, with fresh towels and water provided daily. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea, and bananas were available every day, and the owner recommended a nearby restaurant with the best iced Thai tea.
Totally recommend this hotel.
